Travel Itinerary

Day 1 - Karachi to Islamabad

Catch a morning flight from Karachi to Islamabad. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and explore the capital. Visit Faisal Mosque and the Pakistan Monument. Overnight stay in Islamabad.

Day 2 - Islamabad to Chilas (via Karakoram Highway)

Start early and drive toward Chilas (approx. 10–12 hours), passing through Mansehra, Kaghan, and scenic stretches along the Indus River. Overnight in Chilas.

Day 3 - Chilas to Hunza Valley

Continue north via KKH. Stop at Rakaposhi Viewpoint and savor Chapshuro in Thol. Interact with locals en route and arrive in Hunza by evening. Overnight in Karimabad.

Day 4 - Explore Central Hunza

Visit the historic Baltit Fort and Altit Fort with its royal gardens. Wander through Karimabad Bazaar, enjoy views of Ladyfinger Peak, Ultar Sar, and the Hunza River. Overnight in Hunza.

Day 5 - Hike & Upper Hunza

Hike to Eagles Nest Viewpoint at sunrise. Visit the turquoise Attabad Lake, then explore Ganesh Village and its ancient carvings. Overnight in Hunza.

Day 6 - Khunjerab Pass Excursion

Take a full-day trip to Khunjerab Pass (4,600m). Explore the Pakistan–China border region and witness the dramatic landscapes of Khunjerab National Park. Return to Hunza for the night.

Day 7 - Hunza to Naran

Drive back through the mountains to Naran, with multiple scenic stopovers. Continue to Islamabad. Overnight stay in Islamabad.

Day 8 - Islamabad to Karachi

Morning transfer to the airport. Catch your flight back to Karachi, ending your unforgettable Hunza road trip.
