Travel Itinerary

Day 1 - Karachi to Islamabad (Overland)

Begin your adventure with a long scenic drive from Karachi to Islamabad (approx. 17–18 hours). Rest overnight in Islamabad.

Day 2 - Islamabad to Naran

Scenic drive through Hazara region, passing Abbottabad and Mansehra. Reach Naran in the evening and enjoy the riverside or visit the local market. Overnight stay in Naran.

Day 3 - Naran to Hunza (Karimabad)

Journey through Babusar Pass with a photo stop at Lulusar Lake. Enter Gilgit-Baltistan and drive via Chilas and Gilgit to reach Karimabad, the heart of Hunza Valley. Overnight in Karimabad.

Day 4 - Explore Karimabad

Visit Altit Fort, Baltit Fort, and explore the charming Karimabad Bazaar. Also visit the historic Ganesh Village. Overnight stay in Karimabad.

Day 5 - Day Trip to Attabad Lake & Passu

Boating and sightseeing at the turquoise Attabad Lake. Continue toward Passu Cones and enjoy a short hike to Passu Glacier (time permitting). Return to Karimabad for overnight stay.

Day 6 - Khunjerab Pass Excursion

Drive to the spectacular Khunjerab Pass, the world’s highest international paved border. Scenic journey through Gulmit and Sost. Return to Karimabad for the night.

Day 7 - Hunza to Gilgit

Depart from Karimabad, stop in Thol to try Chapshuro, a traditional dish of the Nagar Valley. Continue to Gilgit, stopping at Rakaposhi Viewpoint. Explore Gilgit city and the Gilgit Bridge. Overnight stay in Gilgit.

Day 8 - Gilgit to Fairy Meadows

Early drive to <>Raikot Bridge, transfer to jeep for the thrilling ride to Tato Village. Begin your trek to Fairy Meadows, one of the most scenic alpine locations in the world. Overnight in wooden huts at Fairy Meadows.

Day 9 - Explore Fairy Meadows & Optional Hike

Enjoy a relaxing day in Fairy Meadows or trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp for panoramic mountain views. Return to camp and rest overnight.

Day 10 - Return to Besham

Trek back to Tato Village, jeep to Raikot Bridge, and begin your descent toward Besham via the Karakoram Highway. Overnight in Besham.

Day 11 - Return to Karachi

Drive to Islamabad and continue onward to Karachi, ending your unforgettable 11-day northern journey.
