Depart for Swat in the morning. After a scenic 4-hour drive, check in to Serena Hotel Swat. Spend the afternoon exploring Mingora town. Overnight in Swat.
Begin the road journey to Ayun Village (5 hours). Switch to jeeps for a 1-hour off-road drive to Bumburet Valley. Overnight stay in a Kalash guesthouse.
Explore the heart of Kalash culture. Visit Khun (gathering area), the historic graveyard, and Kalasha Dur Museum. Engage with locals and capture the early festival atmosphere. Overnight in Bumburet.
