1. Booking Process

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Adventure4x4Tour.

1.2. Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment.

2. Payments

2.1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the tour.

2.3. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.

2.4. All payments must be made exclusively to our official bank account, details of which are provided below.

3. Additional Charges & Responsibilities

3.1. Accommodation is based on twin-sharing. Solo travelers who do not have a roommate will be subject to a single-room supplement.

3.2. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the itinerary if a traveler voluntarily leaves the tour.

3.3. If the tour extends beyond the scheduled duration due to unforeseen circumstances, additional charges may apply.

3.4. Guests must follow the instructions of the tour guides at all times. Any unlawful behavior will result in removal from the tour without a refund.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. However, partial refunds (excluding the deposit) are available for cancellations made 40 days before departure. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation Charges:

– More than 40 days before departure: 25% of the total cost
– 39-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
– Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total cost (No refund)

4.2. If Adventure4x4Tour cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. However, we are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by travelers due to their booking.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

6. Health & Safety

6.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health and physically fit to participate in the tour.

6.2. Please inform us in advance about any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.

7. Flight Delays & Cancellations

7.1. Flights, particularly to mountainous regions, are subject to weather conditions and may experience delays or cancellations. We recommend keeping extra buffer days in your travel plan and being prepared for additional costs in case of extended stays.

8. Travel Documents

8.1. Travelers must ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, before departure.

8.2. Adventure4x4Tour is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to incomplete or missing documentation.

9. Changes to Itinerary

9.1. We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or safety concerns.

9.2. Additional costs may apply if the tour extends beyond its original schedule due to such changes.

10. Responsibilities & Liability

10.1. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Adventure4x4Tour is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour.

10.2. Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations at all times.

11. Complaints & Issues

11.1. If you have any concerns during the tour, please report them to our tour guide or representative immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
